Start with a complimentary phone call to discuss your questions, concerns, and intentions. This is a chance to determine whether an Ayurvedic consultation is the right fit for you.

2. Schedule Your Consultation

When you're ready to commit to improving your health, book a date for your initial session.

3. Complete Your Wellness Questionnaire

You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your health history, habits, and current goals.
Please send it back 7 days before your consultation so I can prepare your personalised insights.

4. Initial Consultation — 75 Minutes

Your first session includes:

- A thorough assessment of your dosha (mind–body constitution)

- Discussion of your current symptoms and lifestyle

- Exploration of diet, digestion, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and daily routines

- Identification of imbalances and root causes

5. Personalized Ayurvedic Recommendations

After your consultation, you’ll receive a clear, customized plan that may include:

- Dietary guidance

- Lifestyle and routine suggestions

- Herbal support (if appropriate)

- Mind–body practices such as breathwork, meditation, or movement

6. Begin Implementing Your Plan

Your recommendations are designed to be practical and achievable. You’ll be supported in making changes at a pace that feels sustainable.

7. Follow-Up Consultation

Book your follow-up session to review your progress, make adjustments, and stay accountable on your healing journey.
