Spring Intentions Meditation

Enjoy this free meditation to welcome spring and set your intentions for

growth and renewal in the months ahead.

Spring Meditation Script

Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down. Close your eyes if
that feels comfortable, or soften your gaze. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling
through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Let go of any tension or
tightness, and allow yourself to settle into this moment.

Imagine yourself standing in a serene, open field, where the vibrant colours
of spring unfold all around you. The sun gently warms your skin, while a soft
breeze keeps you perfectly comfortable. With each deep breath, you inhale the
fresh, revitalising energy of the season, allowing it to fill your lungs. As
you exhale, feel yourself releasing any lingering negativity or heaviness from
the winter months.

Now, take a moment to observe your surroundings. What do you see? Are there
flowers blooming, tall grasses swaying, or trees standing strong? Notice the
animals around you—perhaps birds are singing, butterflies fluttering, or
caterpillars crawling nearby.

Now, bring your awareness to the base of your spine. Imagine strong, sturdy
roots extending deep into the earth from this point. These roots ground you,
offering strength and stability, protecting you from any challenges or
turbulent times that may arise, both now and in the year ahead.

Next, feel the warmth of the sun above, shining its golden light down on
you. This light provides you with the energy and nourishment to grow and
thrive. Take a few moments to soak in this light, staying fully present with
how it makes you feel. Continue to breathe deeply, allowing yourself to be
bathed in its warmth.

As we transition into spring, a season of renewal and growth, it’s a perfect
time to set intentions for yourself. Think of an intention you'd like to
cultivate—something meaningful that you wish to grow within you.

Using your hands, imagine planting this intention like a seed in the earth
before you. Know that this seed is also planted within your heart. With each
passing day, it will sprout, growing taller and stronger as it reaches toward
the vast, clear sky.

Spend a few moments here, visualising your intention as a seedling,
unfurling its leaves and steadily growing. Let your breath nourish this seed,

helping it flourish and rise, filled with your hope and intention.

Feel free to remain in this peaceful space for as long as you need.

When you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

and slowly blink your eyes open, returning to the present moment with

a sense of calm and clarity.
