CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE TO VALLEY FLOW

Booking: Bookings are essential due to limited class sizes. Please ensure you book in advance to secure your spot.

Arrival: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure classes start promptly. For security reasons, doors will be locked once class begins.

Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in with the teacher.

Payment: Payment for the class must be made before it starts. Kindly settle any outstanding fees upon arrival if not done so already.

Waiver and Release Form: Prior to attending your first class with Valley Flow, you are required to fill out a waiver and release form.

Belongings: All belongings, including mobile phones and shoes, must be placed in the cubbies provided. Phones must be set to do not disturb or airplane mode to minimise distractions.

By paying for any class or event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION BY VALLEY FLOW

In the event of class or event cancellation by Valley Flow, you will be offered the choice of a credit or refund.

DROP-IN CLASS

Refunds: No refunds are provided for change of mind or errors in purchasing.

Rescheduling: Class credits will be issued for cancellations made at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the class fee. To cancel or reschedule, please email [email protected].
